To all of Barb's family,
First, let me say how very sorry I am for your loss of Barb.  She was a wonderful lady that I was privileged to care for at the Hart Comfort House.
That little lady had an iron will and she had a great sense of humor. I felt honored when I could make her smirk.
I'm very sorry that she wasn't at the Hart Comfort House when it was her time to go home.
Let me also tell you what a pleasure it was to get to know Barb and all of her family.
My favorite quote when someone dear passes away is,
"Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear."
Barb will be remembered fondly.
With sincere sympathy,
Marlee Cannon

My condolences to Earl and all of Barb's family.  I was honored to meet Barb and get to know she and Earl as a Volunteer at the Hart Comfort House during her stay with us. She was an awesome lady with a real sense of humor, that I loved from the time she joined us as a resident there.  I often referred to her as the "Queen of the eye roll" She always made me smile and I looked forward to my time spent with her, often listening to Elvis, whose music she loved and I enjoyed as well. RIP sweet lady!!!
